We thank you for your immense patience while we try to get our webstore chat support fixed. The IT team is working hard to ensure we get it sorted asap as it is taking longer than expected. We expect to be fully functional by Monday the 25th of September. We understand the importance in getting back to you all as fast as possible and this is why our team is working overtime to repair the system issues we’re having.
